Key responsibilities

Responsible for achieving the objective goals and objectives of the company in the ​​area he/she is in charge, as they are implemented through the Commercial Management Strategy;

  • Manage the customers’ portfolio of the ​​responsibility area;
  • Establish, develop and maintain business and customer relationships;
  • Responsible for the collection of the open balances of the customers that he/she manages based on the credit policy of the Company;
  • Analyze the territory or market’s potential, track sales and make a status report;
  • Take feedback from the clients and manufacturers regarding technical remarks and improvements;
  • Inform management through reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the ​​responsibility area.

Skills and qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree from university or technological educational institute;
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs;
  • Ability to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting lead a team;
