Assistant Accountant

Magoula, Greece

We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our facilities, located in Magoula, Greece.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform Bank, Vendors and G/L accounts reconciliations;
  • Handle of Fixed Assets Register;
  • Prepare accruals and provisions;
  • Cash flow report;
  • Petty cash postings;
  • Run payment proposals;
  • Support month-end and year-end closing process.

Skills and qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an accounting department;
  • Experience with general ledger functions and month-end / year-end closing process;
  • Good knowledge of IFRS, the Hellenic accounting standard and Greek tax legislation;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset.

We are looking for a Junior Production Engineer to join our factory facilities, located in Magoula, Greece.

Key responsibilities

  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout;
  • Organize line start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions;
  • Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities;
  • Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required;
  • Oversee installation of machinery and equipment;
  • Maintain statistical and financial records;
  • Remove waste from the processes;
  • Respond to breakdowns;
  • Report down time and possible trends;
  • Investigate production and process issues providing technical support and training;
  • Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

Skills and qualifications

  • Engineering degree from University.
  • Experience in similar position will be considered as an advantage.
  • Understanding manufacturing processes.
  • Organization, speed and ability to make the right decisions.
  • Ability to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting lead a team.

Junior Project Manager for Architectural Applications – International Markets

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, hands-on Junior Project Manager to join our factory facilities, located in Magoula, Greece.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the different departments of the company during all stages of a Project, from estimation and costing up to execution phase;
  • Assist in planning and execution of ongoing and future projects for architectural aluminum systems in various international markets (USA, CANADA, ASIA, etc.)
  • Analyze the different needs of a Project, prioritize them and schedule their execution;
  • Coordinate different tasks and actions and monitor closely to make sure Products are delivered accurately and on time according to schedule;
  • Participate in finding, proposing and sourcing special solutions and components needed for a Project;
  • Conduct QA/QC internally as well as externally in different suppliers;
  • Communicate closely with the Architect/Engineer/Contractor of a Project in the context of project monitoring and execution;
  • Get in contact with leads from different markets for potential future projects and businesses.

Skills and qualification

  • BA in Civil or Architectural Engineering, with a focus in construction;
  • Use of MS Office and AutoCAD is essential;
  • Excellent command, oral and written, in English; the Second language will be appreciated;
  • Any knowledge around Architectural Aluminum systems and their applications and/or related software will be considered a plus;
  • Team player, problem-solving, ability to multitask, operate well under pressure and deadlines.
  • Focused on delivering result and meeting targets;
  • Comfortable with different environments/cultures;
  • Availability for traveling if needed.
