Cutting is the first stage for every ETEM product. Accuracy and excellence are fundamental at the cutting stage, as this lays the foundation for the quality of the final product.
We use different high precision saws, appropriate for a wide range of aluminium profiles of various sizes and weights, to cut to even the most detailed and demanding requirements.

- Emmegi Combi 5 assi Star – twin head cutting machine with 5 axes for compound cuts. Has motor-driven and electronically controlled rotation of the horizontal axis (22°30’ external angles and 45° internal angles) and the vertical axis (45° internal angles).

Every advanced aluminium profile component requires precision machining to meet ETEM’s high standards. CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment is programmed to perform operations such as cutting, drilling, thread cutting, broaching, milling, mechanical deburring, etc., The use of these processes allows us to achieve excellent tolerances.

Punching is primarily used for cutting holes in profiles. Precision tooling and in-depth knowhow ensure ETEM products meet exact specifications and are ready to use on delivery.
ETEM punching equipment:
– 4 eccentric presses from (20 to 100 tons), two with automated feeding system (NC), feeding step +/-0.15mm
– 2 hydraulic presses (15 tons), one with automated feeding system (NC) feeding step +/-0.15mm
– 4 pneumatic presses (5 tons). Can function separately or together (in group)
– Electromechanical shutter punching machine
– Hydraulic shutter punching machine

Bending – one direction bending of profiles.
Minimum bending radius of 450 - 600mm (depending on profile cross section).
Various bending methods are employed to create our products, depending on requirements.
- Draw bending - tight radiuses.
- Roller bending - large radiuses.
- Stretch bending - offers the greatest accuracy in three-dimensional form.
- Press bending - a low cost method, ideal where accuracy is not the top priority.

- Insulation – joining aluminium profiles with thermo-brake polyamide strips.
- Brush and seal injector (for assembly of profiles with brushes or seals).
- Assembling – screw mounting, sticking and labeling, pressing.
